How long does it take to manufacture a custom made rolling ladder?
Usually 4-6 Weeks
- Some woods take longer.
- Some finishes take longer.
- Some sizes take longer.
- Transit takes 4-5 days.
What about Freight charges?
Freight is ALWAYS additional.
Freight is normally “COLLECT”.
That means “ON DELIVERY” paid to freight company.
Freight is NORMALLY ESTIMATED at $250.00 anywhere in the continental United States. Sometimes it is higher. Sometimes it is lower.
How are the ladder charges assessed?
We require a deposit of one-half (even from the former President of the United States).
We prefer a credit card.
We take Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
We take one-half at the time of the order and the remaining one-half just before the rolling ladder is shipped. Again, FREIGHT charges are on delivery.
Do you send out samples?
Yes, we can send out samples of different woods, different finishes, including Minwax stains on the type of wood that you may want, and samples of our hardware finishes.
There is NO charge for the samples.
What woods do you manufacture your rolling ladder out of?
Red Oak, Ash, Birch, Beech, Maple, White Oak, Cherry, Hickory, Mahogany, Walnut, and Teak. Other hard woods can be used but may not be stocked.
What hardware finishes do you offer?
Black, Polished Brass, Polished Chrome, Antique Brass, Satin Nickel, Brushed Chrome, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Pewter, Polished Nickel, Antique Bronze, Satin Brass, Antique Nickel.
